Compared to last Thursday, Stocker steers steady in a light test. Stocker
heifers firm to 3.00 higher. Feeder cattle 1.00-8.00 higher. Feeder cattle
futures were $3.10 to $3.97 higher on the session with August expiring up $1 at
$333.75. The CME Feeder Cattle Index was down another 80 cents on August 26 to
$333.47. Dairy Slaughter cows mixed, Boners 5.00-9.00 lower, Lean firm. Beef
type cows weak. Good demand for turnout beef cows. Slaughter bulls 2.00-6.00
lower. Trade active with good demand.
