limited, as processors continue directing whey streams toward higher-protein 
derivatives, keeping Extra Grade and Grade A dry whey production secondary. 
Trading is quiet, although CME activity shows some modest upward movement. The 
top end of the price range is adjusted modestly higher to reflect recent market 
activity. The market tone is steady..
