New System Moving into Northern Plains, Canadian Prairies Friday

A front has settled down in the Southern Plains, along the Gulf Coast, and is moving through the East Coast on Thursday afternoon. Areas of showers and thunderstorms are found there along the periphery of the country and some more showers and thunderstorms will be possible near both coasts for Friday. Another system is moving through western Canada and will emerge into the Canadian Prairies on Friday. Areas of showers will be expanding there and south into the Northern Plains tonight through Friday.
