Compared to last week:  Few comparable sales of yearling feeder steers and 
heifers mostly 5.00 lower.  Moderate demand for this nice offering of yearling 
steers and heifers, several long strings offered in multiple load lots.  Flesh 
condition ranged from light to moderate plus.  The market was not near as 
active as cattle feeders have been getting hammered by lower cash fed cattle 
and weak cattle futures complex.  Light demand for the few packages of spring 
born calves offered as most producers aren't ready to take on a bawling calf.  
No feeder cattle sale next week due to the Labor Day holiday.
