Compared to last week: Lambs 50-60lbs, 8.00 lower; 60-70lbs, 15.00 lower;
70-80lbs, 12.00 lower; 80-90lbs, mostly steady; 90-100lbs, 16.00 lower.
Today's smaller lamb sale, sold on moderate demand. Good slaughter ewes sold
steady to 4.00 lower, and sold on good demand. A nice offering of replacement
ewes sold on very good demand with buyers in the seats and on the internet.
Over 5000 lambs expected for next weeks sale, with several large, regular,
consigners selling early because of drought conditions.
