Compared to last market test:
Import prices were weak to lower, instances moderately to sharply lower.
Trading activity was very slow.
 Weaker demand continued to pressure domestic and imported lean and trimmings 
prices.
The president announced that the Tariff Rate Quota(TRQ) would be waived for 90 
days beginning in September in order to potentially bring in up to 300,000 
metric tons of imports.
It is to be administered in three rounds of up to 100,000 metric tons in the 
months of September, October and November.
