Bullish price sentiments were heard from stakeholders at a dairy conference held this week. Demand from domestic and international buyers is stronger. Spot load availability is tight. Low/medium heat NDM production schedules are stable and generally given more priority than dry buttermilk production for available open drier times. High heat NDM prices increased as well.
