Nonfat Dry Milk - West U.S.

Released on April 30, 2026

In the West, prices for low/medium heat nonfat dry milk (NDM) once again
increased at both ends of the range and mostly price series. Bullish price
sentiments were heard from stakeholders at a dairy conference held this week.
Demand from domestic and international buyers is stronger. Spot load
availability is tight. Low/medium heat NDM production schedules are stable and
generally given more priority than dry buttermilk production for available open
drier times. High heat NDM prices increased as well. Production schedules and
demand are steady.
