Northern Freezing Rain Tuesday

Well above-normal temperatures continue to build across the U.S. Monday afternoon, making it feel more like early spring than winter in most areas. Despite the warmth, it will still be borderline cold enough to produce a few streaks of freezing rain from Minnesota into Michigan tonight into Tuesday, and then the Northeast Tuesday night into Wednesday as a weak system passes through.
