Valero Announces Independent Director Appointment

SECAUCUS, NJ (DTN) — Valero Energy announced Friday (9/19) that has it appointed Robert L. Reymond as independent director to its board of directors.

Reymond was previously chief operating officer at the Energy Group, where he oversaw the firm’s oil, gas and chemicals and power businesses, Valero said.

He was also a board member at Burns & McDonnell, a privately held engineering, architecture, construction, environmental and consulting solutions firm.
