Compared to last week steers and heifers sold unevenly steady. Slaughter and
feeding cows sold 5.00 to 7.00 higher and bulls sold 8.00 higher. Demand was
good instances very good. Some cattlemen are starting to sell summer grass
cattle as moisture has been limited and some irrigation districts have already
put restrictions on the days of available water this summer. Wide spread rains
across the state would be very beneficial.
