In the West, low/medium heat nonfat dry milk (NDM) prices moved higher for the 
bottom ends of the range and mostly price series, while the top ends of the 
range and mostly price series are unchanged. Demand from domestic and 
international buyers is steady. Stakeholders convey Mexican buyers continue to 
be actively securing loads. Spot load availability is tighter. Contractual 
obligations continue to be met. Production schedules vary from steady to 
lighter with milk output ticking down in a good portion of the region. High 
heat NDM prices moved higher on the bottom end of the range. Demand for high 
heat NDM, as well as high heat NDM production paces, are mixed.
