For the second week in a row low/medium heat nonfat dry milk (NDM) prices moved 
higher across all facets of the range and mostly prices series in the West. 
Demand from domestic and international buyers is stronger. Sellers convey 
Mexican buyers continue to be active and secure loads. Spot load availability 
among manufacturers and traders is mixed. Some manufacturers convey inventories 
will be tight for the remainder of Q2. Production schedules vary from somewhat 
lighter to somewhat stronger with decreasing milk output in some parts of the 
region and the holiday weekend in the rearview mirror. High heat NDM prices 
moved higher. Demand is somewhat stronger. Production schedules continue to be 
mixed.
