Nonfat Dry Milk - West U.S.

Released on May 22, 2025

Low/medium heat nonfat dry milk (NDM) prices moved higher across all facets of
the range and mostly price series in the West. Domestic demand is stronger.
Demand from international buyers varies from steady to stronger. Sellers
indicate Mexican buyers have remained more active. Stakeholders indicate spot
load availability is tighter. Production schedules vary from steady to lighter
due to both decreasing milk production in some areas of the region and some
plants slotting in downtime with the holiday weekend. High heat NDM prices
moved higher for both ends of the range. Demand is stronger. Production
schedules remain mixed.
