Nonfat Dry Milk - West U.S.

Released on April 16, 2026

In the West, the low/medium nonfat dry milk (NDM) pricing trend continued with
prices increasing at both ends of the range and mostly
price series for week 16. Domestic demand is stronger. Demand from
international buyers is steady. Spot availability remains tight in the
region. Some manufacturers indicate NDM production is receiving more attention
than skim milk powder production. NDM production schedules are steady. High
heat NDM prices increased significantly more than low/medium heat NDM prices.
