In the West, low/medium heat nonfat dry milk (NDM) prices increased at the 
bottom end and were unchanged at the top end of the range this week. Both ends 
of the mostly price series increased this week. Demand from domestic and 
international buyers is steady. Manufacturers continue to report tight spot 
load inventories. Traders convey spot load availability continues to be tighter 
in Q1 of 2026 compared to Q1 of 2025. In most of the region, milk volumes are 
more than sufficient for stable NDM production schedules, which vary from 
steady to stronger. High heat NDM prices increased. Production schedules and 
demand are steady.
