Dry Whey - West U.S.

Released on November 06, 2025

In the West, dry whey prices moved higher at both ends of the range and mostly
price series. Spot loads of dry whey are tight, which is generating more steam
for upward price movement. Demand varies from flat to stronger. Many
manufacturers note that their dry whey spot load inventories are very limited
through November. Dry whey production schedules are steadily utilizing portions
of liquid whey from cheese manufacturing.
