Dry Whey - West U.S.

Released on July 10, 2025

Dry whey prices moved higher for both the ends of the range in the West. The
mostly price series is unchanged for week 28. Buyers indicate tighter spot load
availability, helping to edge prices upward. Demand varies from steady to
stronger. Dry whey production schedules are mostly steady, however, a few
manufacturers are focusing dry whey production schedules on Extra Grade dry
whey over Grade A dry whey. This is contributing to especially tight Grade A
dry whey spot load availability for parts of the region.

Price Range - Non-Hygroscopic; Dollars per Pound: 0.52 - 0.61
