mostly price series is unchanged. Stakeholders indicate buying interest has 
picked up. However, some slightly lower prices than the prior week are noted 
for older production stock. Some contacts convey sentiment that domestic and 
international buyers are looking to secure loads while recent trade policy 
changes are in place. Cheese manufacturing schedules are providing ample 
amounts of liquid whey to be utilized. Dry whey production schedules are 
steady. A few manufacturers note dry whey production schedules are focusing on 
Extra Grade dry whey and anticipate tight spot load availability through Q2.
