Dry whey prices are unchanged in the West. Activity was quieter this week, 
partly due to an annual dairy conference. Domestic demand remains moderate. 
Demand from international buyers is steady. Stakeholders indicate spot load 
availability varies, depending on brand, but is not abundant. Cheese production 
is making a stable supply of liquid whey. Demand for whey protein concentrates 
and isolates continues to be strong, along with prices, limiting dry whey 
production for some manufacturers.

Prices for: West, All First Sales, F.O.B., Extra & Grade A, Edible Dry Whey
Price Range - Non-Hygroscopic; Dollars per Pound: 0.66 - 0.82
Mostly Range - Non-Hygroscopic; Dollars per Pound: 0.7 - 0.77
