Dry Buttermilk - West U.S.

Released on October 30, 2025

In the West, dry buttermilk prices moved lower at the bottom end of the range
and slightly higher at the top end of the range. Both ends of the mostly price
series are unchanged. Demand varies from steady to stronger for both domestic
and international buyers. Seasonally strong butter churning is keeping plenty
of liquid buttermilk available for drying. Dry buttermilk schedules are steady.
Contractual sales keep spot load inventories from becoming robust, but loads
are available in the region for spot buyers.

Beginning November 1, 2025, this report will be published at 4:00 PM EST/3:00
