in the West. Offers below the bottom of the range are reported, but no sales at 
those prices were confirmed. Demand from domestic and international buyers is 
steady. Manufacturer spot load availability is somewhat tight. Traders report 
spot loads are available throughout the region for buyers. Plenty of cream is 
around for butter churning to provide liquid and condensed buttermilk for 
drying. Dry buttermilk production is steady.
