Domestic demand for dry buttermilk varies from steady to lighter. Export demand 
for dry buttermilk is steady. Spot load availability from some manufacturers is 
tight. A few manufacturers note dry buttermilk production is planned through 
September and already committed to customers. Traders indicate spot loads can 
be found for buyers to secure. Dry buttermilk production varies from steady to 
lighter with some instances of less liquid buttermilk for utilization.
