Dry buttermilk prices increased one cent at the top of the range and mostly 
price series in the West. The bottom of the range and mostly price series are 
unchanged. Domestic demand varies from steady to lighter. Demand from 
international buyers is steady. Liquid buttermilk is available for drying with 
butter churns strongly active. Dry buttermilk production schedules are steady. 
However, nonfat dry milk production continues to press against open drying time 
for liquid buttermilk volumes. Dry buttermilk availability is somewhat tight.
