Spot cream load demand from butter producers is mixed. Butter production is generally busy, with churns running seven days a week, and production on churns commissioned last year continuing to dial up. Stakeholders note 80 percent butterfat butter load availability is stable to somewhat tighter. Export demand is keeping 82 percent butterfat butter loads tight. Domestic demand is steady.
