Dry Whey - Europe

Released on September 10, 2026

Prices for whole milk powder increased across the range in Europe during the
current reporting period. Spot demand softened in Europe in recent weeks,
though contacts say interest from chocolate companies remains strong. Demand
for Q4 contracts is strong. Spot inventories continue to tighten in the region.
Declining milk output is negatively impacting whole milk powder production
schedules. Some plant managers say most, or all their recent production is
geared towards fulfilling contractual obligations. Contacts say contract prices
are up in Q4, compared to this quarter, amid some uncertainty from
manufacturers regarding production schedules, and strong demand.

Prices for: West Europe, All First Sales, Free on Board - Port, Edible Dry Whey
Price Range - Non-Hygroscopic; Dollars per Metric Ton: 1850 - 2450
