In Europe, butter prices increased across the range this week Retail butter 
demand is strong in Europe ahead of spring holidays. Bulk butter interest is 
strong in the region, though some market participants say demand from 
purchasers in other regions is softening. Butter makers are running steady 
production schedules in the region.The bottom of the price range for butter oil 
moved higher, while prices decreased at the top. Spot loads of butter oil are 
available, but demand picked up somewhat in recent weeks.
