Compared to last week:  Current FOB steers and heifers sold 3.00 to 10.00 lower.
Trade activity was moderate with the cattle futures closing in the red 
most of the week.
Storms also moved across Texas for the latter part of the week, bringing 
much needed rain to some but also severe weather.
 
Supply included:  100% Feeder Cattle (62% Steers, 2% Dairy Steers, 30.2% 
Heifers, 5.8% Beef/Dairy Steers).
Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 91%.
Unless otherwise noted, Feeder Cattle prices FOB based on net weights 
after a 2-3% shrink or equivalent, with up to a 15 cent slide >600 lbs and up 
to a 20 cent slide
