Cattle at SC Auctions on Wednesday: Compared to last week no
comparisons made due to limited comparable sales. Feeder Steers: Medium
and Large 1 400-500 lbs 460.00, 500-600 lbs 420.00-430.00. Feeder
Heifers: Medium and Large 1 400-500 lbs none reported, 500-600 lbs
375.00-385.00. Feeder Bulls: Medium and Large 1 400-500 lbs none
reported, 500-600 lbs 410.00. Slaughter cows: Breakers 75-80% lean
158.00-189.00; Boners 80-85% lean 157.50-187.00; Lean 85-90% lean 154.00-

Hogs on Wednesday: Plant delivered weighted average. National Direct
Barrows & Gilts US 1 50-54% lean 240-320 lbs live price was 1.59 lower at
70.32. Sows live price 300-450 lbs 50.07; 450-500 lbs 56.99; 500-550 lbs
60.89.
SC Grain on Thursday. Corn bids were 1 cent higher, New crop bids
1 to 2 cents higher; elevator bids 5.20, processor bids 5.35-5.65.
Soybean bids were 4 to 5 cents lower; elevator bids 11.25, processor bids
n/a, and export 11.75. Wheat bids were 2 to 12 cents higher; elevator
bids 5.71.
Cotton on Thursday. Southeast base price for 41-4/34 grade was 81
cents higher at 77.45.
