Cattle at SC Auctions on Wednesday: Compared to last week no
comparisons made due to limited comparable sales. Feeder Steers: Medium
and Large 1 400-500 lbs 485.00, 500-600 lbs 432.50. Feeder Heifers:
Medium and Large 1 400-500 lbs 410.00, 500-600 lbs 385.00-390.00. Feeder
Bulls: Medium and Large 1 400-500 lbs 490.00-500.00, 500-600 lbs 400.00-
440.00. Slaughter cows: Breakers 75-80% lean 160.00-199.00; Boners 80-85%

SC Grain on Thursday. Corn bids were 3 cents lower, New crop bids
Steady to 2 cents lower; elevator bids 5.13, processor bids 5.28-5.58.
Soybean bids were 3 cents lower; elevator bids 11.29, processor bids n/a,
and export 11.79. Wheat bids were mixed, 2 cents lower to 5 cents higher;
elevator bids 5.58.
Cotton on Thursday. Southeast base price for 41-4/34 grade was 59
cents higher at 74.95.
