SC Livestock auctions were closed yesterday due to inclement
weather.
Hogs on Friday: Plant delivered weighted average. National Direct
Barrows & Gilts US 1 50-54% lean 240-320 lbs price was 59.98.
Sows live price 300-450 lbs 57.26; 450-500 lbs 65.02; 500-550 lbs 66.41.
SC Grain on Tuesday: Corn trend not available; elevator bids 3.88-
5.03, processor bids 4.78-5.18. Soybean trend not available, elevator
bids 9.30-10.85, processor bid n/a, and export 11.05. Wheat trend not
available; elevator bids 4.88, processor bids 4.78-6.78.
Cotton on Tuesday. Southeast base price for 41-4/34 grade was 0.36
lower at 60.81.
