limited. Offers are currently reported in the $3,750-3,800/MT FCA range, and 
some business has reportedly been concluded in Brazil at those levels. There is 
also interest from Mexico, driven in part by tightness in supply within the 
U.S. market, although no meaningful volumes are confirmed so far.
