production varies by country. Argentina is experiencing a decline in 
production, while Brazil saw a slight increase. In total, SMP exports are down 
year over year compared to this time last year. SMP imports are mixed, with 
Brazil and Uruguay seeing a decline, while Chile has increased imports. SMP 
inventories are balanced with current demand.
