calves. Overall quality was good. Feeder steers weighing 300-500 lbs sold $9.00
lower, 600 lb steers sold $15.00 lower, and 700 lb steers sold steady. Feeder
heifers under 400 lbs sold steady to $7.00 lower, while 400-600 lb heifers sold
$12.00 higher, supported by stronger demand. Slaughter cattle sold steady on
good demand.
