Compared to last week, WET! WET! is the conditions over much of Arkansas right
now. With muddy conditions and coming right off the holiday, feeder supply was
on the light side. But, the quality of offerings on weaned calves was stronger
this week. On a light test, feeder steers and bulls sold $15.00-$20.00 higher
with a strong demand. Feeder heifers this week seemed to be on lighter demand
selling unevenly $5.00 lower to $10.00 higher. Slaughter cattle sold steady.
