FEEDER CATTLE 1624 1600 2659
Another lighter sale this week. Compared to last week, steers over 750 lbs sold
mostly 10.00 lower. There were not enough steer calves for a good test. Heifers
over 650 lbs sold 4.00 to 8.00 lower, while heifer calves 500 to 600 lbs sold
mostly 15.00 higher. The receipts were light with good demand. There will be a
special cow sale on Oct. 21st and a special calf sale on Oct. 28th next month.
