Compared to last week, steers over 500 lbs sold steady to weak while under 500
lbs sold sharply higher. Heifers over 650 lbs sold steady to weak while under
500 lbs to 650 lbs sold 10.00 to 20.00 higher, while under 500 lbs sold sharply
higher. Quality and condition varied due to calves coming off wheat and off
cow. Several fancy, reputation heifers sold as replacements. Good demand for
heavy supply.
