Compared to last week, steer and heifer calves sold mostly 10.00-20.00 higher
and yearlings sold steady to 10.00 higher. Demand was good to very good and the
overall quality was attractive. Supply was moderate and included some fancy
calves and a load of yearling steers. Cattle futures and cash fed cattle have
been higher this week. Slaughter cows sold steady to 3.00 higher.
