Compared to last week, steers and heifers sold mostly 15.00-25.00 lower on a
light test. Demand was good for a light supply. A couple of days with the board
in the green has provided some much needed confidence back into the market and
although prices were slightly lower, some of the chaos of the last two weeks
seems to be settling down with cooler heads and market fundamentals prevailing.
Slaughter cows sold 2.00-4.00 lower.
