Compared to last week, steers and heifers sold with a lower undertone on a
light supply. The overall quality didn't match last week's much bigger run of
calves and with the board losing some ground lately and some negative
rumblings, buyers have backed off a little. Demand was moderate. Slaughter cows
sold steady to 3.00 higher.
