Compared to last week, steers sold mostly 10.00-25.00 higher with the full gain
on the 600-725 lb weight range and heifers sold firm to 10.00 higher except for
the 600-625 lb weight range selling 20.00 higher. Demand was very good, trade
was active and buyers were aggressive for a moderate supply with the quality
and condition attractive on most consignments. Slaughter cows sold mostly
steady.
