Compared to last Thursday feeder and yearling steers sold steady to 2.00 higher
on the high quality offering and 1.00 to 3.00 lowering on the average to plain
quality offering. Feeder heifers under 600 lbs sold steady to 2.00 lower and
feeder heifers over 600 lbs sold 1.00 to 2.00 higher. There was good demand for
the high quality offering and moderate demand for plainer fleshy bawling calves
coming to market. Slaughter cows sold steady to 2.00 lower. Slaughter bulls
sold 1.00 to 2.00 lower. There was good demand for slaughter classes.
