Compared to last Thursday feeder steers under 500 lbs sold 12.00 to 18.00
higher and in some instances sharply higher. Feeder steers over 500 lbs sold
5.00 to 10.00 higher. Yearling steers sold 5.00 to 10.00 higher. Feeder and
yearling heifers sold 6.00 to 8.00 higher. There was good to very good demand
for feeder and yearling classes. Slaughter cows and bulls sold mostly steady to
firm. There was good demand for slaughter classes.
