FEEDER CATTLE 1600 7986 8917
Compared to last week: Steer calves 10.00-15.00 higher. Heifer calves 4.00-6.00
higher. Cattle over 600lbs lightly test but a lower undertone noted. Demand
moderate to good. Buyers continued to give it all for front-end cattle, but
there was simply not a lot of that quality on offer. CME futures traded in the
green today. Rain is forecasted for this afternoon. This week's supply included
several drafts of bulls and unweaned cattle.
