Prices for Oceania whole milk powder (WMP) narrowed during the reporting 
period, increasing slightly at the bottom of the price range and decreasing 
slightly at the top of the range. Domestic prices decreased while export prices 
remained steady relative to their recent declines. International demand remains 
light as global milk and WMP production remains strong, offering international 
buyers competitively-priced WMP from other regions.

Recently released export data from New Zealand showed November 2025 WMP export 
volumes were 138,042 MT, a decrease of 13.4 percent from the year prior. Export 
volumes of WMP from January - November 2025 were 1,175,527 MT, down 3.8 percent 
from the same time frame a year ago.
