The spring flush is drawing down in the Northeast, but cream production remains 
steady. Contacts state there are some spot sales of cream for butter making. 
Multiple prices have not changed this week. Butter churns are operating near 
capacity for most facilities. Butter production is balanced between consumer 
sized and bulk manufacturing. Butter sales are holding steady on the commercial 
and retail sectors. Butter inventories are healthy. International sales are 
expected to increase in the coming weeks due to the competitive price of U.S. 
butter compared to other nations.

Prices for: East, All First Sales, F.O.B., Grade AA, Edible Butter
