Butter production is in a steady state in the Northeast. The spring flush is 
providing ample amounts of milk for butter making. No spot load sales of cream 
were reported for Class IV use this week. Between contracted loads of milk and 
cream, contacts indicate churns are operating seven days a week. Retail demand 
is steady to strong. There is little bulk production in the region, as retail 
demand is sufficient for the amount of milk and cream available. Inventory 
levels are balanced with current demand.

Prices for: East, All First Sales, F.O.B., Grade AA, Edible Butter

Basis Pricing - 80% Butterfat:               -0.02-0.05
