Prices were 9.49-9.99 at the elevators and 10.09-10.14 at the mills and processors. U.S. 2 soft red winter wheat was 8 to 9 cents lower, with instances of mostly 3 cents lower present. Prices were 3.81-5.29 at the elevators and 4.01-4.76 at the mills and processors.
