Nonfat Dry Milk - East and Central U.S.

Released on December 11, 2025

Both ends of the price range for low/medium heat nonfat dry milk moved lower
this week, but the mostly price series was unchanged. Domestic demand is steady
to lighter, but contacts in the Southwest say interest from purchasers in
Mexico is strong. Spot inventories are tight in the East region and in the
Midwest, but purchasers report loads are easier to obtain in the Southwest and
from the West region. Low/medium heat NDM production is steady. The bottom of
the high heat NDM price range slid lower, while the top held steady. High heat
NDM production is light, and inventories remain tight. Demand is steady but
remains limited.
