Nonfat Dry Milk - East and Central U.S.

Released on November 28, 2025

Prices for low/medium heat nonfat dry milk (NDM) are unchanged across the range
and mostly price series in the Central and East regions. Contacts report steady
domestic demand and say export demand is strong. Spot inventories are tight,
and some contacts say they continue to source loads from the West to meet their
immediate needs. Plant managers report condensed skim milk is available for
drying, but they are running lighter production schedules due to the holiday.
High heat NDM production remains limited, as manufacturers remain focused on
low/medium heat. Demand for high heat NDM is light and inventories are snug.
High heat NDM prices held steady this week.
